You can submit a request to our support team via email (support@tgndata.com) or the platform widget.
Submit a request using the platform widget
Submitting a ticket requires that you log in to tgndata cloud platform.
- From the platform, click on the bottom right Support Widget
- Since you are signed in to our platform your email is already prefilled in the form
- Enter the subject and choose the issue type.
- Optionally add notes or attachment(s).
- Click Submit.
You will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of your request.
View open or closed requests
All your tickets are visible from the platform in the Support tab. From here you can also check the status or search your tickets by summary or date. Clicking on a ticket will take you to the Help Center where you can view its conversational history.
